Cutting

It is the process work by causing fracturing the material that is processed. The coil and sheet are cut according to the shape about to be given. Then it is transferred to the bending and other requiring processes.

Bending

The portion is shaped in a decided size and including sawing broaching, drilling and sometimes grinding the metal. Sawing is used to cut the correct sized workpiece from a sheet of steel. Then shaping uses a single point tool that is moved horizontally along a side. Broaching is used in the production of geometry parts such as screw and drilling and grinding are use to shape the final product

Fitting

It is the ability of a part to physically interface with, connect to or become an integral part of another part. It must adhere to the rules set by engineering in the design phase

Buffing

Now buffing initiated finishing process that involves the loose abrasive on a wheel. To polish a workpiece, the company use a wheel that is covered with an abrasive disc that is used to remove the bur or unwanted material from the workpiece for smoothing the surface of the workpiece

Hand Cleaning

After the process of buffing and polishing the materials are moved towards the hand cleaning, in which the parts are get washed and cleaned manually and thereafter they are ready for the packaging.

Automation Packaging

In this process there is the process of packaging products without the need for manual human intervention. It is the initial stage of the whole packaging system in which a fix quantity of product has been packed in a required (plastic bag or small box) component.

Box Packaging

A box uses thick material like corrugated cardboard used to hold several individual machinery packed products. This boxes are typically folded and sealed with packing tape.

Bulk Packaging

It is a packaging for transportation or container. In the bulk packaging the several boxes are covered by a master cartoon and proceed towards shipment.

Dispatching

It represents the last contact between the product and the warehouse. It is during the process when the final product verification takes place. It prevents errors and ensures that customers receives the right product in the right manner.
